Since July 2025, our team has been actively involved in supporting this project with full-service painting and multi-phase post-construction cleaning. Our scope includes detailed interior painting of all unit types, from base coats to final finish, as well as a structured 3-phase cleaning process. This ensures each home is handed over in pristine condition, ready for occupancy.

Coordinating closely with Mattamy’s site supervisors and trades, our strategy focuses on maintaining a tight schedule while adapting to the pace of ongoing construction.
