Project Description
The 360 Condos by Mattamy Homes project was a large-scale, high-density residential and mixed-use development located on Montréal Road in Ottawa. Our team was responsible for a full scope of interior painting and a rigorous three-phase cleaning process throughout the entire complex, including residential units, commercial spaces, and shared amenity areas.
Our painting services covered all 185 residential units and 15 commercial spaces. Coordinating with site supervisors and project managers on such a large property required precision scheduling and adaptability, especially under the tight timelines of a multi-phase release.
