Project Description
Embrun Central is a large-scale residential development by EQ Homes, designed to serve the growing demand for family housing in Eastern Ontario. Our team was brought on for full-service painting and 3-phase cleaning of each unit.
The project began in July 2024 and continues to progress smoothly. Each townhome and single home follows a tight delivery timeline, requiring precise coordination between trades and on-site crews. Our team works closely with EQ’s site supervisors to ensure that units are handed over in pristine, move-in-ready condition.
This ongoing partnership reflects our ability to scale up resources as needed and work in lockstep with leading Ontario home builders like EQ Homes. We take pride in helping deliver quality homes that new owners can feel proud of from day one.
